SERVER FIXED!

group manager is now fixed, once you have been promoted you wont get demoted

plugins updated.

fixed common lag issues.

fixed save rate.

fixed all configuration files.

fixed factions.

and many other small changes.

[EDIT]:
new co-owner group.
backups are taken every 7 hours now. (saves time.)
auto-restarts every 5 hours. (to reduce effects of bukkit memory leak)
Server is ready for whenever 1.2 is released
Changed forum colours. Red = Admin Blue = Moderator. (before it was the other way round.)
Removed some useless menu options from top of forums (eg calendar.) BUT these options will still appear for Admins.

Ahh, much better.. No mods will be demoted again.. And yass pls add pvp to the server.

THE THING THAT WAS CAUSING GROUP MANAGER ISSUES WAS VAULT. lol i caps locked bcause i was so happy to find out what it was...
